Automatic waste removal system - another step towards environment protection

The printing house is equipped with the cardboard waste extraction and air filtration system from the German company Hocker Polytechnik GmbH. Exhaust fan has a frequency converter, thus saving up to 60 percent on electricity when all equipment is not in operation. All extracted and cleaned air is recovered back to production facilities, thereby saving heating costs in winter. Before entering the extraction system, all cardboard waste is shredded in  mobile shredders. This allows to refuse storage and transportation of containers with cardboard waste in the manufacturing facilities, and prevent the spread of waste in the premises and entering the environment. Compacted waste is sent directly to processing units. The new equipment increased the efficiency of the MTL, and freed up the space of unnecessary material.
